Meet Mélanie from Le Bruit des Cocottes who took the students to a local market to select the produce they will use for their cooking lesson tomorrow. It was then on to the Michelin star restaurant, Le Favre d’Anne. No rest for the wicked, the students then visited Le Château d’Angers to visit la Tapîsserie de l’Apocalypse. Then home to the château for an apèro by the lake.
