What would be some of the first things that come to mind if someone asked you to describe a French caricature?

Beret? Moustache? Baguette? How about the famous striped sailor’s sweater?

Today, Katrina and the students had a visite guidée of the Saint James factory. The lovely Caroline was kind enough to have a chat with us afterwards.

Question: Caroline talks about the length of wool that is required to make one sweater. How much wool is needed?
