Vlog Day 7 - All about Angers

Today was all about Angers. Katrina and the students visited the iconic Château d’Angers where they admired the breathtaking Apocalypse Tapestry. It was then on the the Michelin-starred restaurant Le Favre d’Anne. Before long, they were met Mélanie from Le Bruit des Cocottes at the local market. The objective was to purchase all of the ingredients needed for their cooking lesson the next day, where the students would learn to prepare an apèro dinatoire. In French, of course!
